Our Automotive Technician Exam Prep course prepares students to sit for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) A1-A8 and L1 certification exams. This course outlines specific ASE tasks and content related to their diagnosis, maintenance, and repair. Students will practice with pretests and ASE style exam questions to fully prepare for the exam and become familiar with its format. After completing this course, you should be able to:
Identify the steps for diagnosing and repairing engines and engine performance
Identify the steps for servicing automatic and manual transmissions, drive trains, and axles
Identify the methods for diagnosing and repairing suspension, steering, and brake systems
Identify the steps for troubleshooting automotive electronic systems
Identify the steps for servicing automotive air conditioning and heating systems
Course Access Time
Students are given 6 months to complete the program. Extensions are available if needed, fees may apply.

They respond to any questions or concerns you might have, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed.
